Cape Cod Vacation

This summer Dick and I decided to take a summer vacation on the Cape. We have never done that before, but this year was our year to try it out. We rented a house in Dennis near my sister and right on the water. The weather has been beautiful and we have enjoyed every minute. We have another week to go!! If the weather stays good we will stay until after Labor Day. Next week Dini comes with the kids and we will plan to have MORE fun. Can't wait. Each night this week the four of us have gotten together for dinner. Marcia and I split a 4 lb. lobster. wonderful!

On Mon. Laura, Jim and the kids came down for 3 nights. We had a blast at the beach - flying kites, fishing with traps and a lot of digging.

It was a little cool this morning, but by 10:00 it warmed up and the jackets came off. Jim was quite cold, but it was a beautiful afternoon. At least its not raining, right Jim?

Pops enjoyed a cigar each night looking out at the water.
