Dr. Kim Smith

It was a very special day for Kim and her family. We all went over to BC to watch her defend her thesis on " Teaching the acceptance of diversity: An anti-bias education initiative that empowers students to be the agents of change." (along those lines) This is where I put in a smiley face! Kim sitting at the head of the table with three professors listening and asking questions. She did a wonderful job, and there was no question that they were impressed and convinced that they were the ones that were grateful to have HER in the BC program representing them! Passing with flying colors and to a round of applause she was glad to see the three years of hard work come to an end. Way to go, KIM.
