Chip and Erin

Today Pops and I went to Marshfield to visit Chip and Erin. They lived with us in the apartment for 2 plus years. When they came to Nichols St. they weren't even married and now all these years later they have a home and baby. Their house is great and they are doing all kinds of work on it. James Jr. below, is adorable. A very good boy and looks to boot. Chip cooked steak tips and with salad, and potato salad, we had a good lunch Off to get a ice cream. We drove along Duxbury Powder Point, and King Ceaser Rd. with their beautiful houses. All and all a wonderful day!!
