I don't think it is the best looking, but it was probably my best tasting cake. I am encouraged and will continue to try to do better. It was so nice out that we sat out back and enjoyed the sun.

POPS BIRTHDAY PARTY
Today we had Pops birthday party here at The Crossings. About 12 noon we all got together for american chop suey, rolls, cake and ice cream. Now......this cake you see below is my first attempt to make a decorated cake with buttercream frosting.
I don't think it is the best looking, but it was probably my best tasting cake. I am encouraged and will continue to try to do better. It was so nice out that we sat out back and enjoyed the sun.
